Twice every Sunday we gather as a congregation to do that for which human beings were created and that is to worship the Lord. Our music style is blended in that we incorporate many different types of music in an effort to touch the lives of the many different people who attend our worship services. Some examples would include Southern Gospel, Traditional, and Contemporary just to name a few. In addition, we have an opportunity for the children’s ministry by way of a Children’s Sermon during the morning worship hour. Following the Children’s Sermon, the kids from four years old to about fourth grade leave the sanctuary for Children’s Church. We will also have times for special music which may include a selection from our Adult Choir, Children’s Choirs, or a guest we may host for the service. Sometimes we will employ other means to reach the congregation like drama or short video segments. The remainder of the service is dedicated to the preaching from God’s Word. Our goal in Worship is for everyone is grow in their relationship with Christ and connect with God. We pray that our services are relevant, biblical, challenging, and exciting for everyone who attends. Please make the opportunity to stop by and join us for Worship. We worship together at 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. every Sunday.

Bible Study
|
There are also at least two opportunities to participate in weekly Bible Study. Both of these bible studies are lead by the Pastor. Wednesday nights after our 6:00 p.m. dinner, we gather in the Fellowship Hall for Bible Study. This may include book studies, character studies, or topical studies from the Bible. Sometimes we do a series of Questions & Answers in which the participants choose the upcoming topics for study. Then we will employ literature and contemporary studies like our recent study of Josh McDowell’s The Da Vinci Code: A Quest for Answers. In addition to Wednesday night, we have Tuesday morning Bible Study at 9:30 a.m. each week. This time is a very informal reading through the Scriptures in which the participants are always eagar to ask questions and make comments. Please schedule a time to visit either of our scheduled Bible Studies so that your life and Christian walk can be encouraged by God’s Word.

Sunday School
|
Sunday School begins each Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. There are a number of classes from which the adults can choose all of which employ a form of the International Sunday School Lesson material. We do not insist that our adult members attend any specific class. We simply encourage our families to attend as much as possible. Our Babies through Youth have specific classes to attend because we realize that their learning environment needs to by age specific. This provides yet a third opportunity for our members to be discipled through and in God’s Word. The following is a list of our current Sunday School classes.
